RUDOLF JÄGER
Founder/President/Chief Experience Officer
Rudolf Jäger is the visionary behind PEGASUS. The ship and the lifestyle it offers are borne out of Rudolf’s four decades of experience as a 5-star hotel executive, tropical resort owner, world traveler, scuba diver, nature-and-adventure enthusiast, designer-inventor-engineer, epicure, and trained chef and sommelier. Throughout his life, both on the job and off, Rudolf has been passionate about creating authentic experiences and “magical moments” and sharing them with others.
From Switzerland, Rudolf has lived and worked in many diverse locales around the globe, including in his roles at the Drake Swissotel, New York City; the Penta Hotel and the Hilton International, Geneva; the Hotel Commodoro, Lugano; the Eurotel, Montreux; the Lai-Lai Sheraton Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan; the King Edward Hotel, Toronto; and the White Sand Beach Resort in Fakarava, Tahiti. Additionally, he owned a successful business importing Swiss Alp water into the U.S., where he doubled sales year after year. He speaks English, German, French, and Italian.
Rudolf holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Lemania Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Master’s in Hotel, Restaurant, and Business Management from the renowned EHL Hospitality Business School (formerly known as École hôtelière de Lausanne), consistently regarded as the world’s best hospitality university. Over his career, Rudolf has gained expertise in hospitality leadership; hotel management; hospitality law; sales and marketing; hotel and restaurant design; naval design and engineering; solar, wind, and hydrogen technologies; architectural and interior design; food and beverage management; and housekeeping. He has owned and refit two private yachts.
The innovative use of renewable energy technology on this groundbreaking ship reflects Rudolf’s commitment to eliminating pollution and waste, and to accelerating the world’s transition to a sustainable future.
JJ ULLRICH
Advisor, Company & Ship Development, Operations/Management
JJ is an inspiring leader who’s collaborated with some of the most successful companies and culturally diverse cruise lines in the world. A veteran of 20+ years in the Cruise Line and Hospitality industries who was part of the Executive Committee for nearly 15 years, JJ has had the unique opportunity to create, optimize, and scale numerous global projects while excelling in customer success and strategic business growth.
He was selected to direct the onboard programming and operations for several luxury cruise ships with Princess Cruises during their expansion into China, Singapore, and Japan. JJ was also part of the team that launched the first private residential ship on earth, The World Residences at Sea, in 2002.
His proven track record of combining vision and ingenuity was forged from working globally with more than 50 nationalities, exploring 160 countries, and visiting all 7 continents many times over. These unique work experiences and personal travel journeys have given JJ the unique insight, experience, and opportunity to help achieve future success on a global scale.
BROOKES NOHLGREN
VP, Marketing, Program, & Team Development
Brookes brings more than 20 years’ experience in the literary arena as an award-winning ghostwriter, editor, and book producer primarily in the genre of transformational self-help. Having worked on hundreds of titles, including national bestsellers with translations into more than 20 languages, she is now channeling her wide set of skills to further the development of Odyssea Estates and PEGASUS.
Her contributions to the company encompass program and content creation, research, writing, editing, branding, marketing, sales, relationship and team building, and project management. She also engages in vendor and strategic partner outreach. Programming areas Brookes is developing for the company include wellness, philanthropy, lifelong learning, and community.
JODY JELAS
Global Marketing Director
Jody Jelas brings over 25 years of expertise in marketing and business strategy to her role to help sell out PEGASUS. As a bestselling author and a globally recognized speaker, Jody has a proven track record in creative marketing and business success. Her experience includes building high-performing teams of experts who are adept at implementing high-converting strategies for high-ticket sales to fast-track projects to success.
Jody also has extensive experience in brand building, systems, and automation. Her ability to create compelling marketing campaigns, combined with her expertise in leveraging online and offline strategies, will provide the team of Sales Agents and Brand Ambassadors with the tools and insights they need to effectively sell this unique, highly exclusive, luxury lifestyle.
CATHERINE NEWTON
Global Sales Director
With over 20 years of experience as an innovation and entrepreneurship leader, Catherine Newton has specialized in high-ticket sales, affluent marketing, coaching and training sales consultants and lecturing on innovation. Her journey into the world of international adventures began at the age of 22 at the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing, where she was immersed in the presence of world leaders and the affluent. This early exposure naturally transitioned her into a thriving career in high-ticket sales.
Catherine’s expertise lies in her ability to authentically connect with discerning clients and provide them with unparalleled experiences. She has successfully coached numerous sales agents and consultants in the luxury sector, equipping them with the skills and strategies needed to excel. Her strategic approach and deep understanding of the luxury market make her an invaluable asset to the Odyssea Estates team. Catherine’s passion for excellence and innovation drives her to deliver exceptional service and create lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
OSCAR ANCHÉR
Advisor, Shipbroker at Simsonship AB
Oscar Anchér was born into the shipbroker business, his family going back three generations with Simsonship, one of the oldest and most established shipbrokerage firms in Sweden, with an expertise in newbuilding contracting, second-hand sale and purchase, and chartering of cruise ships, ferries, and ro-ro vessels.
Since the 1960s, Simsonship has specialized in the cruise and ferry segment, developing close relationships with all major shipyards. They assist their clients throughout the process including selecting yards, negotiating terms, and completing contracts.
Today, with more than 15 years of experience of his own, Oscar is well-versed in the areas Odyssea Estates is utilizing him for: the selection, negotiation, and contracting with the right shipyard for the newbuilding of PEGASUS.
JOHN DIXON
Advisor, Naval Architecture & Design, ShipGlide Systems at Shipwright, LLC
John Dixon is the Managing Director of Shipwright, LLC, a world-leading naval architecture & design, marine engineering, and project management firm located at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. John is also the founder and lead investigator at ShipGlide, a provider of air-lubrication systems that reduce drag on ship hulls with a layer of air, resulting in operational fuel reductions of up to 10%.
Shipwright is a multi-layered enterprise recognized as a global maritime technical consultancy with experience and capability in a wide range of commercial vessels, including cruise, cargo, tug and passenger ships, as well as in superyachts.
Shipwright works with ship owners to produce a sound and efficient vessel based on the principal disciplines of naval architecture, including hydrostatics, hydrodynamics, structures, arrangements, and construction.

JEPPE K. MØLLER
Advisor, Environmental Systems & COVID-Prevention, at Green Instruments
Jeppe (aka “JP”) has been working in and with the cruise industry for more than 20 years. Originally from Denmark, today he is president of Green Instruments USA, the U.S. base of the global organization specialized in developing and manufacturing instruments for gas and water analysis, monitoring systems for emission control, hazard detection, and energy optimization. These instruments help ships operate in a safer, more efficient, and environment-ally friendly way.
JP is also a distributor of the UV Disinfection Robot, the world’s first intelligent and fully self-driving disinfecting robot, to the cruise ship industry. The UVD Robot is a chemical-free solution to achieve hospital-grade sanitation in large areas in record time, and an indispensable tool to ensure a safe environment onboard, as it works the nightshift with housekeeping to disinfect all public areas, including restaurants, the hospital/medical center, sports center, spa and wellness center, and so forth.

Anthony “Tony” Paesano is a founding partner at Paesano Akkashian, PC, a respected Michigan law firm representing a variety of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.
Tony’s primary areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance, securities transactions and arbitration, corporate structuring and compliance, general business transactions, and international law. Tony represents publicly reporting and trading companies on the OTC marketplace and national exchanges, and represents closely held corporations pursuing initial public offerings, tender offerings and reverse mergers. Commercial litigation is another area of specialty for the firm.
